All products sold by Quba Dates are consumable food items. Due to hygiene regulations and food safety standards, products once delivered cannot be returned unless there is a valid issue related to damage, defect, or incorrect delivery.
We strongly recommend customers inspect their package immediately upon delivery.
A return request will only be considered under the following conditions:
The product was damaged during transit
An incorrect item was delivered
The package was received in tampered or leaking condition
The product shows a clear quality defect at the time of opening
Return requests must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
To initiate a return request, customers must provide:

Clear images of the outer shipping box
Clear images of the product received
A brief explanation of the issue

All return requests are subject to internal review and verification. Quba Dates reserves the right to approve or reject a return request based on the evidence provided.
If the request is approved, further instructions regarding return pickup or replacement will be shared with the customer.
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
The product has been opened, consumed, or partially used
The request is raised after 24 hours of delivery
The product was not stored properly after delivery
Damage occurred due to customer mishandling
Orders placed under special discounts, clearance sales, or promotional offers
Minor natural variations in size, texture, or color (as dates are natural agricultural products)
If a return is approved, the product must be returned in its original packaging and condition, including labels and seals (if applicable). Items that do not meet return conditions may not be accepted.
For wholesale or bulk purchases, return requests will only be considered in cases of verified transit damage or significant quality defects.
Claims for bulk orders must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with complete documentation and photographic proof. Bulk returns are subject to inspection before approval.
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation and return requests will not be entertained except under the eligible conditions mentioned above.
